Complaints and returns

Below you will find instructions on how to claim or exchange the goods.

How to make a complaint:

• Download the complaint PDF form here
• Please fill in this form properly
• Print this completed form and sign it
• Attach the tax document - invoice (if the form contains an order number, it is not necessary to attach it)
• Insert the form with the tax document into the shipment
• Send the parcel 👇
  
  
• Go to the nearest Mailroom
• Dictate the sender code: 97380676
• The operator prints the shipping label 
• You hand over the package to the operator for dispatch
