Complaints and returns
Below you will find instructions on how to claim or exchange the goods.
How to make a complaint:
- Download the complaint PDF form here
- Please fill in this form properly
- Print this completed form and sign it
- Attach the tax document - invoice (if the form contains an order number, it is not necessary to attach it)
- Insert the form with the tax document into the shipment
- Send the parcel 👇
- Go to the nearest Mailroom
- Dictate the sender code: 97380676
- The operator prints the shipping label
- You hand over the package to the operator for dispatch
