CBC
Cannabichromene is a cannabinoid that, like CBD and THC, is considered one of the "big six" cannabinoids of importance in current medical research. Unlike THC, CBD is not intoxicating because it binds poorly to the CB1 cannabinoid receptors in the brain. However, it does bind to other receptors such as TRPV1 and TRPA1, both of which are associated with pain perception. Research suggests that CBC may be helpful in treating diseases such as cancer or Alzheimer's.
